It may have been a while since we last saw the Dot Com Pho crew get together for a meal together, but they’re back and they’re coming with a hunger for meat. They say that no one can beat Vera’s meat, so the Dot Commers went to Vera’s Burger Shack for some of the best burgers in town. Evidently, Ed Lau is waving his arms like he just does not care.

This week, he continues his exploits in the Seattle area by visiting one of the most creatively named Vietnamese restaurants on this side of the Pacific: What the Pho! Unlike so many other pho restaurants, What the Pho is actually clean and surprisingly classy. What the pho, indeed.
