We didn’t order a lot of food for this edition of Dot Com Pho because we had a cooking class with Chef Philippe Thomelin of Olivar Restaurant. The class was held at the Bargreen Ellingson test kitchen, which is only 10 minutes away from Pho Thanh Vi.

We’ve had $60 burgers with foie gras, but this is another Dot Com Pho first: kangaroo burgers. They’re hippity-hopping right into our stomachs. This is at Mondo Eatery in Richmond, BC.

And over in Seattle, they went back to Thanh Vi for some regular pho… but instead of just ordering their food, they decided to hit on the hot server too. Sally also shows off the iPad App of the Week.
