Dot Com Shanghai Kitchen

Instead of the usual bowl of pho noodles, the Dot Com Pho crew took over Chen’s Shanghai Kitchen in Richmond for some xiao-long bao, pig ears, and deep fried bun with condensed milk. Nothing quite like a boiling hot xiao-long bao on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Dot Com Pho: Valentine’s Day Edition

What’s that I smell? In addition to the alluring scent of pho noodles, this week’s dot com gathering is filled with the air of love. To commemorate Valentine’s Day, the Dot Com Pho crew went to Happy Pho, sharing some of the love notes from the Twitter community. Oh, and believe it or not, Ed Lau wasn’t the last one to show up.
